Have you noticed that as soon as you have finished your workout for the day that you are overwhelmed with a sense of achievement and joy, that is one of my favourite things about working out the rewards that come afterwards.
My mother always used to say that the key to a mans heart is through is stomach… This never really made sense to me but as I learn more about nutrition and eating healthy I realise that if your daily sugar levels are kept at good levels and you eat small regular meals you will feel happier.
